Items as discribed delivered on time

I order goods and after a week have not received them to find an email asking me to complete financial details. I cancelled the order I would have just paid outright for them.

Not got correct size, would like to see more 20/22 instead of 18/20 and 22/24

New customer was delighted with my orders

Shocking. this was my first order with you, wrong persons item delivered, so hassle for me ringing to get correct item re-sent. I had originally ordered next day delivery, its now 6 days since I placed my original order and no sign of my actual order even though the wrong item was collected. New item should have been sent to me next day delivery

Absolutely amazing great service and a fantastic product. 10 out of 10

Lovely stuff however their returns courier is rubbish .booked a collection today and had a confirmation e mail to say parcel would be picked up today but after waiting in all day the courier has not bothered to turn up . Now going to have to take parcel and return it myself. If this is the procedure that Freemans use I will rethink if I want to use them .

Got it wrong twice, I ordered a pair of Crocs but the wrong size turned up, spoke to an adviser on the chat system….he said he will sort it and ordered me the correct size, the exact same wrong size turned up again, incompetence has took my business elsewhere.

I ordered and paid for a pack of Bandeau bras ready for my holiday in what I thought was plenty of time, up until my departure on Saturday they had not arrived. However the linen trousers that I ordered on account a couple of days later did.
I shall be paying for the trousers and not using Freemans again, which disappoints me given they are in the same group as Kaleidoscope who are far superior

Perfect fit, fab quality, I can't wait to wear this on my holiday to Greece. It was great to find a set, I've searched tops and found it hard to find bottoms in size I need. I'll definitely use freemans again, free postage was quick and without any problems ?

Received items quickly one of the items is missing but giving them a couple of days to see if it comes separately
